DESERT TACO
CHOC DIPPPED
This one is not so healthy but its such great family fun for the kids as they build their own dessert station.
Ingredients
-1 packet of free standing Old El Paso Taco Shells (10)
-200g bag of dark cooking chocolate, 200g bag of milk cooking chocolate
- 40g of shredded coconut
-100g of berries of your choice
-1 small banana
-30g of Mini marshmallow
-Small tub of your favourite ice cream
-80g is chocolate sauce
-Whipped cream in an aerosol can (Optional)
Method
-slowly melt chocolate, pour into a container, dip taco shells.
-transfer to a tray of baking paper and sprinkle with coconut. Pop in fridge.
-set up a desert station for the family to be able to build there own dessert tacos
