1. The promoter is: The Barbaro Group (ABN 78 475 719 083) 

2. The competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of The Barbaro Group and Sandstone Point and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions; such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

7. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

8. The "Prize" refers to a 5 night stay in an Overwater Villa at Sandstone Point Holiday Resort, subject to availability and outside of peak period and event weekends. Maximum of 6 people can stay in the Overwater Villa.

9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents. . 

11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. 

14. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected. The winners agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material, as well as their entry. 

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.

17. Sandstone Point Holiday Resort reserve the right to add more exclusion dates should a major event such as a concert be booked during the 12 month redeemable period.
