PART-TIME ROLE


3 Days per Week *

10am – 3pm

Total of 15 hours per week.

* Please note that this Job is for 3 days a week. 2 of the days are working at my home and 1 day working from your own home 

* Job days are flexible and will be worked out with the applicant that is hired to ensure it fits with their needs. 

$75,000 + Super (Pro Rata for hours worked – Approx. $38 + Super per hour)

 

Hello, I’m Adele and I’m looking for someone to help me build my small business and my personal brand. This is a varied role and requires a mix of strong business acumen with a creative flare. I absolutely prioritise work life balance and so this position would suit a mum who was previously in a senior role and has since left the traditional work force and is now looking to for a part time role with flexible hours that line up with family life. 

 

The role is suited to a culture-seeking, food-loving, social media native with a passion for and the ability to produce highly engaging content. Strong understanding of the key social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok along with experience developing and scheduling content across these platforms is essential. Experience with Shopify is a bonus but not essential. Proven experience in either business management or marketing. 

 

A lot of fancy buzz words in that description above, but really it’s just about hanging out, making fun content for my blog together while also keeping the Feminaè businesses moving forward by helping come up with new products, collabs and engagement of that community.  

 

This role will include some occasional travel and may include anything from same day interstate event trips through to possibly joining me to review resorts and destinations. If you have ever wanted to be paid to travel, this could be your chance! 

 

 

ABOUT YOU

  • A problem solver who can think outside of the box.

  • The ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.

  • Well presented with strong communication skills.

  • Trustworthy, particularly as the position includes working on confidential projects and an element of working autonomously.

  • Shoot and edit video & photographic content for social media platforms - ensuring it is optimised, relevant and correctly formatted. (this means you know how to edit and make clever and engaging reels / tik toks, etc)

  • Highly regarded but not essential - Proficiency with professional video and photo editing tools and digital media formats.

 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Research social media, event, travel and food trends.

  • Film and edit fun and engaging content with me.

  • Collate insights and create reports for brands

  • Creating proposals

  • Social media diary management. 

  • Create online sales campaigns (adverts, cookie & abandon cart retargeting), digital channel maintenance and database communication (eDM) for Feminaè The Brand & Feminaè Beverage Co.

  • Develop and drive broader marketing and customer experience initiatives for Feminaè brands.

  • Help develop, book and manage the Feminaè Together events ( as well as attend them).
