
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR & PERSONAL ASSISTANT
MELBOURNE BASED / PART-TIME ROLE
This Job is for 3-4 days a week, working 15 - 20 hours per week.
Job days are flexible with at least 1 day working from home.
$70,000 + Super (Pro Rata for hours worked – Approx. $35 + Super per hour)
We are looking for a culture-seeking, food-loving, social media native with a passion for and the ability to produce highly engaging content. Working with business owner, media personality and influencer Adele Barbaro, the role is varied mix of personal assistance, diary management, marketing and social media content creation / management.
For this reason, a strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok along with experience developing and scheduling content across these platforms is essential. Experience with Shopify is a bonus but not essential.
Work life balance is a priority and so is having fun, this is as far from a corporate role as possibly can be. The role means hanging out, making fun content, engaging with brands and followers ,while also keeping the Feminaè Beverage Co. businesses moving forward by helping come up with new products, collabs and engagement of that community.
This role will include some occasional travel and may include anything from same day interstate event trips through to possibly joining me to review resorts and destinations. If you have ever wanted to be paid to travel, this could be your chance!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Research social media, lifestyle, travel and food trends.

Assist in the planning of content and shoots

Film fun and engaging content with Adele

Edit video & photographic content for social media platforms (using a supplied iPhone 13 Pro) - ensuring it is optimised, relevant and correctly formatted. (this means you know how to edit and make clever and engaging reels / tik toks, etc)

Personal assisting where required

Calendar and Diary management

Collate insights and create reports for brands

Create proposals using Adobe suite or Canva

Social media diary management.

Create online sales campaigns. You dont need to be a SEO genius, but have a basic understanding (or the enthusiasm to learn) about adverts, cookie & abandon cart retargeting and database communication (eDM) for Feminaè The Brand & Feminaè Beverage Co.

Assist with planning and event management of the “Together” events as well as attend them.
