2. The competition is open to female residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of The Barbaro Group, SNDY SKN, Lust Minerals, Stage Addiction, The Grand Mirage and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. You must be following Adele Barbaro as well as SNDY SKN and Lust Minerals on Instagram..

7. The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions; such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

8. All entries must be received by the stated cut-off date of 12pm Monday 10th Nov 2025. Ten (10) winners (Plus 10 nominated travel partners) in Australia will be selected at random by The Promoter and announced to the public by 30th Nov 2025.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The "Prize" refers to Two (2) tickets to attend Together Bali for 4 nights. including Return Flights, Return Transfers from hotel to the airport, Twin Share hotel room at the Grand Mirage Resort, Daily Breakfast, 1 Cooking Class with lunch, 1 Buffet Dinner and show, 1 Thalasso Spa water treatment, 1 welcome drink, 1 trip to Temptations Beach Club with 1 drink and 1 main course dinner, plus  unlimited free use of non-motorised hotel water sports. Winners also receive Lust Minerals and SKNDY Skin Product. 

13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14. Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents 

15. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Adele Barbaro. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner. 

16. The promoter will notify the winner of all details pertaining to the prize / trip.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. 

20. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected. The winners agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material, as well as their entry. 

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. 

22. You are providing your information to the Promoter. By entering the competition, you agree your information can be provided and used by for the sponsors and partners of the competition, including Adele Barbaro, Feminae Beverage Co, The Barbaro Group, The Trustee for the Hollands Family Trust trading as Lust Minerals [ABN - 95 259 067 552] & Holiday Corp PTY LTD trading as SNDY SKN [ABN - 49 676 624 614]

 

Winners of the competition will be subject to additional terms and conditions as listed below;
 

1. Flights will be chosen by the Promoter and will try to accommodate flight time requests, but flight choices are final and may include stop overs.

2. Only carry on luggage is included and you agree to cover any additional luggage fees.

3. You agree to arrange transport to and from the closest Australian major city airport for your flights.

4. You agree to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of the trip and show documents at least 6 weeks prior to departure to the promoter.

5. You agree to cover all meals and drinks outside of what is supplied and accept that additional spending money may be required. 

6. You agree to attend a SNDY SKN and LUST Minerals event while in Bali.

7. You agree to at least once, share and tag the sponsors while using their products while on the trip. 

8. You agree to abide by the local laws of Bali and act in an appropriate manner at all times. 

9. You agree to any 3rd party terms and conditions including but not limited to the Hotel, Airline, Transfers company. 

10. On confirmation of winning and accepting the prize, a fully refundable bond payment of $250 per person will need to be made. This will be refunded within 7 days after the trip is completed if you both attend the trip. If you can no longer attend and cancel, the money will be used to cover the costs to change the prize to the next person on the waiting list. Any left over money will be donated to a charity of Adele’s choice.

11. Winners agree to not speak negatively of any of the sponsors, hotel partner or Adele, both in person or on social media, doing so may result in you prize being cancelled or a loss of the $250 bond.
